The Kiss Mai Tai Recipe by Matthew Gray

“The Kiss” Mai Tai

1 oz. rum (dark or light is fine)
1 oz. spiced rum 1 oz. pomegranate juice 1 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. grenadine
1 oz. ginger ale
1/2  oz. dark rum
  • Pour rum and spiced rum in glass over ice.
  • Top with juices, grenadine and ginger ale.
  • Float dark rum on top.
  • Garnish with a cherry, peeled stick of ginger and a pineapple wedge.
